Founded in 1993 on the time proven Boy Scout principles and chartered by Fairview Presbyterian Church. Our troop is truly a boy run unit, with the boy making ALL the plans and running the show with adults there just to guide and advise them. We have at least one outing and or activity per month. Sense our founding we have had 44 Scouts earn the Rank of Eagle. Our troop has earned the Quality Unit Award/Centennial Quality Unit Award now known as the Journey to Excellence Award every year. Our Scoutmaster Mr. Bill Faulkinberry was named the 2012 District Scoutmaster of the Year.
We meet every Monday except for school holidays and every other Monday after summer camp from 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM at Fairview Presbyterian Church (map). For more information about us or to schedule a visit please contact our scoutmaster Mr. Ed Fleeson.
